PROCESSING
All items are subject to availability. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. Your shipping method is applied after the processing time.
We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard Service shipping requested orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day (Up to 3 business days for processing). Express shipping orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST will be processed same day and shipped (excluding weekends and Holidays)- pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise and credit card authorization.

APO/FPO DELIVERY
We currently only offer delivery to PO Box (APO) or Forces Post Office (FPO) address with our Standard delivery option. This service takes up to 20 business days for the parcel to be delivered.
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED
If your order includes several items, they may be sent to you in individual packages from different locations. If this is the case, you will receive an email notification as soon as each individual item is shipped to you. Each email will include the tracking number for that specific package and you will be able to track the progress of each item using the method outlined in Tracking Your Order, above.
Refused shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Luxe by Norton Madl, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
